- Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Post
- Cost is £1.00 for the entire order (not item)
- This service typically takes about 2 working days but can vary on area to area and does not come with a guaranteed delivery day.
- If there is no one in to accept the delivery the standard practice is for the Postman to leave a Card detailing where the package will be taken (normally the Sorting Office) for you to collect - If you fail to collect the package then Royal Mail will eventually return the item back to us
- Expedited Delivery is Parcel Force 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery
- Cost is £7.50 per order not item
- This service should take 1 Working day for most areas however, more outlying areas can take an additional few days
- A signature will be required and therefore can not be left if there is no one in to accept the package - please consider this if selecting this service

- Delivery Addresses
- During the Checkout process you can enter a delivery address of your choice which can therefore be different to your actual billing address - this is ideal if the item is intended as a gift.
- Please be sure to enter the Post-Code in the correct format i.e LE17 4HD as all delivery providers rely on this specific information
- What to do if your item is delayed or has not arrived
- Loss or Theft within the UK Postal System is extremelly rare and therefore if you feel your order has taken longer to arrive than it should allowing for Weekends, Bank Holidays or Adverse weather then please contact us however, the best and normally the fastest solution is if you can visit the Royal Mail Sorting Office closest to you as the package will probably be there as a result of a failed delivery attempt. If you selected the Expedited (Parcel Force Service) please contact us so that we can perform a "Track & Trace" on the item.
- What to do if the item arrives damaged
- If your item has arrived damaged then please contact us so that a replacement can be sent as soon as possible. We will also assist you in returning the damaged item normally by sending out a returns postal bag.
- BFPO Deliveries
- BFPO addressed orders have Free P&P - This is our small gesture to help support British Service Personel no matter where they maybe.
